Data controller

The data controller is Pierfrancesco Maria Pelà, artistic director of Cantar Segreto, who can be reached at info@cantarsegreto.it.

Data collected

This website uses no cookies, neither technical nor profiling ones, and no analytics tools. If you write to us through the contact form we collect your name, email address, your organisation (if given), the programme you are interested in and your message, solely in order to reply. Like any website, the server also records technical browsing data (IP address, date and time, requested page) to keep the site running and secure.

Legal basis

Form data are processed to answer your request, including in view of a possible concert agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on the basis of the consent you give by sending the form. Technical data are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providers and data transfers

The website and form submissions are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), acting as data processor. Data are transferred to the United States on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the correspondence and any resulting collaboration, and then deleted. Technical data are kept by the hosting provider only for as long as strictly necessary for the security of the service.

Video

The video on the Media page is loaded from YouTube (Google) in privacy-enhanced mode only when you press the play button: no data is sent to YouTube before you click. After the click, Google’s privacy policy applies.

Analytics and marketing

Should analytics or marketing tools be enabled in the future, they will be loaded only after your explicit consent through the cookie banner, and this notice will be updated.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent by writing to info@cantarsegreto.it (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
